Stina Johnson serves as in-house counsel for Urban Villages
and advises the company regarding all aspects of operations.
Ms. Johnson negotiates and drafts contractor, joint venture,
financing, operational, and other contracts and agreements
on behalf of Urban Villages and its affiliates. She also
counsels the firm on issues related to business organization
and structure, and manages day-to-day office operations.
Previously, Ms. Johnson was an attorney with Sherman &
Howard where she specialized in corporate law.
Ms. Johnson received a bachelor’s degree from Marquette
University and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
