Tom McCargo is co-founder and president of Urban Villages. He
is also president of Graham Realty Company, a diverse real estate
business headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. For more than
50 years, Graham Realty Company’s activities have included
investment, development, property management, leasing and
ownership of many types of real property. Mr. McCargo is actively
involved with several organizations committed to the development
and growth of Pittsburgh and southwestern Pennsylvania.
A graduate of the Entrepreneurial Management Program at Carnegie
Mellon University, Mr. McCargo earned his bachelor’s degree from
the University of Vermont.
